YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE

11:00am – Arrival & Registration
Please arrive at The Mere for 11am to register, grab a coffee, and get settled in before the off.
12:00pm – Shotgun Start
All teams tee off simultaneously across the course for our 18-hole championship competition.
12:00pm to 5:00pm – Golf & On-Course Activities
Enjoy your round alongside a host of on-course activities and challenges throughout the afternoon.
5:00pm to 7:00pm – Clubhouse Drinks on the Balcony
Join us on the balcony of the stunning new Fairmont clubhouse for drinks, celebrations, and our awards ceremony to crown the day's golfing champions. Shower and changing facilities will also be available.
7:00pm to Midnight – The Gala Dinner
The evening continues inside with a spectacular three-course Gala Dinner and entertainment, hosted by the brilliant Lee Phelps of William Hill. A night to remember.
Midnight – Carriages

DRESS CODE

Golf: Smart golf attire (collared shirt, tailored trousers or shorts, no denim).

Evening: Smart casual. For gentlemen, lounge suits or jacket with open collar are ideal, no ripped jeans please. For ladies, smart casual dress, trouser suits, or evening separates are perfect.

ACCOMMODATION

Unfortunately, the hotel at The Mere has been fully block-booked for a corporate event, so rooms are not available on this occasion. However, there are some great options nearby.

To make the evening as seamless as possible, we'll also be running a shuttle service to and from the Gala Dinner, so no one needs to worry about getting back.
